Description
The Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes (because the vines are more than 25 years old) comes from the limestone terroir of the Bollenberg. To ensure the durability of this beautiful parcel, the vines are severely pruned in order to limit the yields. We are looking for the essence of the grape variety.
This fine wine, with notes of white flowers and a nose of dried leaves (Verbena), will surprise you on the palate thanks to its good persistence. Its bouquet of yellow fruits will finish with a touch of buttery and brioche aromas.
This Sylvaner of character is very typical and concentrated.
To be drunk chilled but not excessively, preferably refreshed in an ice bucket.
Ageing potential: 7 to 10 years.
